If you'll excuse me, I'm going to "rip" the audio files. I stink at this game.īTW: I like the obsessive focus theme and boss theme. If I press buttons, I MIGHT skip too much dialogue. _- I die a few times, but that was due to too much things going on. I was wrong when I put in Defense quartz on the last stage.), and not getting obsessive focus before the boss. If you see anything that looks weird (like using a different weapon), blame me not being able to take out enemies, taking too much damage (at first, I thought defense was useless. This game have some shout outs (even "SNAAAAAAAAAAAAAKE!!" of Metal Gear Solid fame, though it isn't in this longplay.) This game plays like a side scroller RPG.thingy. Follow Hall as he/she goes through Jikandia to stop the flow of time or something. Something about time and being sucked into a vortex or some sh.
Thanks.Works for me, I'm using the latest code from (last updated well over a year ago), make sure you press F4 in the remote joy window after everything is connected.Recorded using RemoteJoyLite 0.20a, a PSP with CFW (custom firmware), and FRAPS. Just wondering which ones you're using and if you can link to them, particularly the Linux ones. DepositFiles provides you with a legitimate technical solution, which enables you to upload, store, access and download text, software, scripts, images. Thinking maybe my executables are out of date on both my Windows and Linux box since I can get the Lite versions running perfectly fine.
Using Windows 7 64-bit here.įor RemoteJoySDL and this plugin, I couldn't get it working with the older remotejoy.exe and usbhostfs_pc.exe found in RemoteJoySDL_2007.05.13.r2204.rar.Ĭan't get it under Ubuntu 10.10 32-bit with sudo usbhostfs18 and rjresize. Both had Open with Administrator and Windows XP SP3 Compatibility. Same with RemoteJoyLite 0.20a working with it's matching RemoteJoyLite.prx, but with vBlank Force Transfer enabled (it was really slow). I had RemoteJoyLite 0.19 working with it's matching RemoteJoyLite.prx. Renx wrote:Yeah having trouble with this one. Here is a diff for the modified source code: I probably didn't test it enough though since I only launched it from psplink and not in the XMB so it might need some work.
After finding the source code it was simply a matter of copy+pasteĮnd result: a cross platform remotejoy which works with 6.37 ME (at least not in the XMB ) After some googling I discovered the irShell modified remotejoy.prx and lo and behold, it worked with dialogs! Luckily Ahman provided some explanation and source code. Now this is a problem as it would crash with any dialog: home button, save/load game, msg dialogs, net etc The solution was to move it to another region. It used a volatile memory region that is empty except when a dialog is active (and supposedly suspend). The dialog crashes happened because of where remotejoy put it's screen buffer. This code was the older way of doing it I would presume since I copied it from the psplink folder instead of psplinkusb from the ps2dev svn ( mirror). So essentially, all I did was replace that segment with some code that did work.
You can now view your PSPs screen on your much larger TV/Computer screen without Component cables. One issue though, remotejoy.prx (at least the one built from the ps2dev svn) does not work on 6.XX firmware and comes with some caveats: A plugin for implementing a TV-OUT feature while over a USB connection. Now this wouldn't matter so much as you could just stick to the original if you weren't on windows. While the original remotejoy was SDL-based and thus cross-platform, RemoteJoyLite is very windows specific.
Well it seems that no one bothers to update RemoteJoy anymore, just RemoteJoyLite.
